View:19Taizhou, July 30, 2026 – Under the theme “Digital Future, Smart Warehousing,” a new product launch event for unmanned forklifts was grandly held in Taizhou. Jiangsu Zhongyan Forklift Manufacturing Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Lin Gong Intelligent Technology (Taizhou) Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled two new intelligent logistics equipment models. Powered by fully in-house developed core technologies, these innovations break through long-standing pain points in the practical deployment of traditional unmanned forklifts, offering a fresh solution for the large-scale intelligent transformation of intra-logistics operations.

Approximately 200 attendees, including government officials from Taizhou and industry guests, participated in the event. China Forklift Network, as an industry media partner, covered the entire event, witnessing and recording this important milestone in the intelligent evolution of industrial vehicles.
Mr. Fan Cunli, Standing Committee Member of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Taixing, delivered a speech extending warm congratulations on the successful launch and sincere thanks to all guests and long-term supporters of Taixing’s industrial development. He noted that Taixing is accelerating its digital and intelligent transformation in manufacturing, and expressed hope that this new product launch would serve as a new starting point, encouraging enterprises to deepen their core technologies. The local government will continue to optimize the business environment and pool innovation resources to empower high-quality industrial development.

Ms. Zhang Jie, Secretary-General of the Industrial Vehicles Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, recalled in her address that she first visited Taixing in 2013 to survey local companies. Over the past decade, she has witnessed the complete evolution of Taixing’s forklift industry—from traditional manual pallet trucks to today’s intelligent new product releases. She warmly congratulated the successful organization of the “Digital Future, Smart Warehousing” launch event and paid high tribute to all industry professionals who have long been dedicated to innovation. She emphasized that the industry is now rapidly transitioning toward greener, smarter, and more globalized directions. The new products jointly introduced by Zhongyan and Lin Gong Intelligent represent a viable path toward large-scale deployment of unmanned forklifts. The association will continue to build industry communication platforms and refine relevant standards, supporting the entire sector’s steady progress toward high-end intelligent manufacturing.
Dr. Liu Qingzhen, a PhD graduate from Harbin Institute of Technology and General Manager of Lin Gong Intelligent Technology, delivered an on‑site presentation of the new products.

The new models feature 3D LiDAR SLAM positioning, adaptive motion control, and WCS global scheduling capabilities, making them well-suited for narrow-aisle high-bay warehouses. They support multi-vehicle collaborative operations. Leveraging a three-directional mast structure and vision-based high-tolerance alignment technology, these forklifts deliver excellent space utilization and operational stability, making them ideal for high-frequency material handling in premium warehousing environments.
Both new models are powered by fully in-house developed technologies, including 3D LiDAR SLAM perception, dynamic path planning, real-time obstacle avoidance, and multi-vehicle coordinated scheduling. These innovations completely eliminate the operational bottlenecks of traditional unmanned forklifts that rely on magnetic strips, QR codes, and other auxiliary positioning methods, enabling truly marker-free autonomous navigation across all scenarios. The equipment flexibly adapts to complex and dynamic warehousing conditions, such as narrow aisles, dense obstacles, and mixed human-vehicle traffic. Compared to similar products on the market, they offer distinct advantages including high positioning accuracy, strong environmental adaptability, no need for site modifications, short deployment cycles, and low implementation costs. These forklifts can fully replace repetitive manual material handling, significantly reducing labor expenses and safety risks while greatly improving warehousing standardization and overall operational efficiency.

A customer representative shared that their company had previously attempted to introduce intelligent material handling equipment multiple times, but each effort was abandoned due to high site modification costs and poor adaptability to complex scenarios. They noted that the lightweight deployment solution introduced by Zhongyan and Lin Gong Intelligent finally makes it easy for small and medium-sized factories to adopt stable and reliable unmanned forklifts.

For a long time, the traditional forklift industry has remained confined to the single function of a "material handling tool." The industry's intelligent transformation has generally faced the challenge of "prioritizing hardware over software." Many unmanned forklift solutions require large-scale site modifications for deployment, involving high costs and long lead times—factors that have deterred numerous small and medium-sized manufacturers. However, Zhongyan Forklift, with nearly 30 years of hardware manufacturing expertise, has joined forces with Lin Gong Intelligent to establish a complete in-house R&D pathway encompassing navigation algorithms and scheduling systems. This collaboration has forged a differentiated route of "local manufacturing + cutting-edge technology," delivering intelligent products with lower entry barriers and higher adaptability. In doing so, it has opened up new growth opportunities for the widespread intelligent transformation of China's industrial vehicle industry.
