Jiangsu Zhongyan Forklift Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently launched a new product for high-density warehousing operations: a stand-on, three-way narrow-aisle forklift. This product aims to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with more practical and flexible warehousing and handling solutions.

Founded in 1997 and located in Taixing, Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Zhongyan is a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of electric warehouse vehicles. The company's product range includes reach stackers, electric counterweight forklifts, and transport trucks, primarily serving applications such as manufacturing, e-commerce warehouses, and small logistics companies. In recent years, Zhongyan has continuously focused on compact structures and channel adaptability. Focusing on the principles of "practicality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness," it has continuously introduced more adaptable products, which have been highly favored by small and medium-sized customers.

Compact structure and flexible stacking

The newly launched stand-on, three way narrow aisle forklift boasts a rated load capacity of 1000kg, a compact design, and flexible turning maneuvers. With a body length of just 970mm and an overall width of 1540mm, the truck has a minimum turning radius of 2700mm, making it suitable for high-bay racking applications with pallet aisles approximately 1.5 meters wide. The forks support three-way operation: forward, sideways, and steering, saving space while improving handling efficiency.

The maximum lifting height is 5500mm, with a free lift height of 1870mm, making it suitable for multi-layer racking. The fork width is adjustable to accommodate pallets of varying sizes. The body is equipped with polyurethane tires for vibration and noise reduction, making it suitable for indoor floor environments.

Stable power and smooth operation

The vehicle is powered by a 24V/280Ah combined lead-acid battery, a 2.5kW drive motor, and a 4.5kW hoist motor. It can reach a speed of 5.5km/h when unloaded and 4.5km/h when fully loaded. Its lifting and lowering speeds are 160/290mm/s and 102/320mm/s, respectively, offering fast response and smooth operation. Its maximum gradeability is 5% when fully loaded and 8% when unloaded, covering most factory and warehouse operations. The vehicle weighs 4000kg (including the battery) and is equipped with a 24V/30A charger.

Safe, reliable and easy to operate

This stand-on, three-way narrow-aisle forklift is equipped with emergency stop, electromagnetic brake, and overload alarm. Its stable design and excellent visibility make it suitable for extended periods of standing operation. Its wheels are made of wear-resistant polyurethane, offering excellent ground adhesion, anti-slip properties, and quiet operation.

The vehicle's operating noise is controlled within 70 decibels, making it suitable for indoor storage environments with certain noise requirements. The electronic control system is responsive, and the operation is basically the same as that of a traditional electric stacker, making it easy for existing drivers to quickly get started.

Precise electronic control and easy management

Equipped with a basic electric control system, this vehicle offers fast response times and precise steering and lifting, making it ideal for short-distance transport operations with frequent starts and stops. Some versions also support operational status monitoring, facilitating future maintenance reminders and usage statistics for businesses.

For small and medium-sized enterprises, simple structure, intuitive control, and ease of maintenance are important considerations when purchasing equipment. The product released by Zhongyan was developed and refined based on these user habits and feedback.
